Available payment methods can vary by destination, device and payment-provider eligibility. The active options for your order are displayed in the laoiyae.com checkout. Cash on delivery is not available unless it appears as an active checkout method.

ORDER TOTAL

Review the total before submitting.

Before payment, checkout displays the items, discounts, shipping method and charge, applicable taxes collected by us, and the total payable. Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and the available service. A payment provider or card issuer may apply separate currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.

Your bank or payment provider may authorize, verify, decline or temporarily hold a transaction under its own security procedures. If you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized, contact customer care and your payment provider promptly.

PAYMENT SAFETY

Keep payment details in checkout.

Enter payment information only through the normal checkout on laoiyae.com. Customer care will not ask you to send a complete card number, CVV, PIN, password or one-time authentication code by email or telephone. Do not share those details in a support request.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and the payment providers presented at checkout. Their processing of payment information is subject to their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

REFUNDS

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where supported. For an approved return, we issue the refund within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. For an approved refund that does not require a return, we issue it within 5–10 business days after approval. Banks, card issuers and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.
