These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through the store together with the applicable product information, checkout disclosures and linked policies.

02 / PRODUCTS AND TECHNICAL DETAILS

Review each listing before ordering

Product availability, specifications, compatibility, dimensions, electrical ratings, accessories and instructions vary by model. Review the details shown on the specific product page. If a material technical detail is not stated, contact customer care before ordering rather than relying on a photograph or an assumption.

Product images are intended to represent the listed item; colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, display settings or normal production variation. Items shown as background props are not included unless stated in the listing.

03 / PRICES AND PAYMENT

Checkout shows the final amount

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout presents another currency. Prices, promotions and inventory may change. Before submitting an order, checkout displays the products, discounts, available shipping charge, applicable taxes collected by us and total payable.

Payment must be made using a method available at checkout. An order may be subject to payment verification, stock availability, destination eligibility and fraud screening.

04 / PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For eligible U.S. orders, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and available service.

Orders may be dispatched from fulfillment facilities in China or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory and destination. Tracking, delayed-shipment handling and lost-package solutions are described in our Shipping Policy.

05 / RETURNS AND REFUNDS

After-sales requests

Eligible return or exchange requests may be started within 30 calendar days after delivery. For preference-based returns, the customer pays return shipping. Confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items are resolved at no additional cost.

For an approved return, the refund is issued within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. For an approved refund that does not require a return, it is issued within 5–10 business days after approval. See the Return & Refund Policy for the request process and return instructions.

06 / CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Contact us promptly

Contact service@laoiyae.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We can confirm a cancellation only before processing or dispatch begins. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee. If a paid order is cancelled and a refund is approved, it is issued within 5–10 business days after approval; the payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's jurisdiction apply where required.
